Golda Chingri’r Malaikari is a classic Bengali preparation with Lobster or prawns and coconut milk. Prawn is one the familiar dish in west Bengal. We prefer to provide bagda prawn to all of our guest but it depends up the availability in the market. Now a days most of customers prefer to add prawn in their meal.Our expert cook will give an extra ordinary test of prawn. You can take it by addition with many dishes like you can add with fry rice , you can add it with hilsha also.

Bengali Style Crab Curry which is called as ‘Kakrar Jhal’ in Bengali is a sea food gravy prepared using crab and potatoes. Crap dish is well prepared by our expert cook. Generally we provide sea crap to our guests due to luck of availability of local crap. The craps of sundarban are amazing and proper size which will be bound to feel you really different test. You can eat this dish as both gravy and dry. Although two tests are different but the flavour of two dishes will be similar.

‘Mangsher Jhol’ and Sundays are synonymous in Bengali kitchen. Mutton kosa is very familiar to all of our guests. We arrange local mutton which is fully Desi to all. The test will be different with the goat of firms. Generally local goats can consume green lieves, grass etc. So that it’s sure the test of local mutton will be difference. Our expert cook can make it extra ordinary test for your tounge. The demand of mutton kosa is very high now-a days here.

Bhekti macher malaikari tastes different than chingri macher malaikari. The prawn heads add to the flavour of the gravy and a chingri malaikari without the prawn heads is not the same. Bhetki macher malaikari, on the other hand has a more robust gravy. The fish itself is very delicate and has a sweet taste. To counter that, ma treats the gravy a bit differently from chingri macher malaikari.

We have economy rooms available for solo travelers or those wishing to have their own privacy. These are comfortable with a smaller double bed and have their own en suites. (One room has a single bed though!) All have plenty of light and windows and are nicely furnished. As a single person you will be very comfortable!.
As per clients requirement both AC and NON-AC rooms are available. The bathroom and toilet are fully furnished. We provide waters 24X7 to all the hotel rooms. Luxury beds are also available.
Our Family suites have a separate entry sitting room opening to a bedroom with queen size bed and a divan. The family suite has a large shower room. It is ideal for people who want a large room and who do not wish to use stairs. Also for people with children it is ideal. It can sleep up to 4 persons so is great for a family.
Double rooms have a standard double bed and en suite. Twin rooms have 2 separate beds and are very comfortable. The rooms have nıce new bathrooms.All rooms have a minimum of 2 opening windows some rooms as many as 5 windows. Some of our double rooms have a small sitting area, Some rooms have a glimpse of the sea or village street views.
